While CRC Specialist Services manage specific issues associated with disability, we do not provide the overall, on-going care that comes from a local, primary or community health care provider.
We know that our specialist services work best in conjunction with each person’s primary care providers and therefore referral to our specialist services is via the primary clinician(s).
